Flat rolled steel is used in everything from manufacturing to fabricating to construction.
The majority of sheet and plate produced begins in coil form, which is then converted to sheet form through a process called leveling. This is a process that removes coil memory so that the sheets that cut from the coil are flat and smooth.
Our coils are processed using a type of leveling called stretcher-leveling, which ensures that our finished sheets have excellent flatness and consistency every time.
Our coils are leveled both to standard pattern sizes, and to custom lengths which can also be stocked on our floor for repeat usage. Custom lengths can improve nesting and reduce waste.
